PROCEDURES

GRAACE is the only hotel in Luxembourg being 100% open air, no Lobby nor inside-corridors to your room, minimising all risks linked to COVID19.

Introducing our new smart locks eliminating touch points needed during check-in and check-out. Mobile access is done with the phone, with no human assistance needed. With other words: truly contactless supporting social distancing when required.

  • Pre arrival contactless payment

  • Virtual room keys sent pre-arrival

  • Invoices send electronically only

 

PUBLIC AREAS

  • Minimum distancing of 1.5 meters

·      No physical contact

  • Additional contactless stations for hand disinfection on entry

ROOMS

  • Reinforced cleaning procedures

·      Linen washed in hot cycles to disinfect them properly

  • Limited cleaning services for guests staying beyond one single night, including change of linen and towels

BREAKFAST

  • Ceased all food service in the hotel, the onsite coffee shop remains open as usual for guests and non-guests
