GRAACE NATURAL WINE
GRAACE Natural Wine is the name of our wine bar, situated on the entrance of our hotel next to our reception.
Graace Natural Wine is in line with our whole concept, being natural, pure and sustainable.
Natural wine refers to a movement among winemakers for production of wine using simple or traditional methods. Natural wines are usually produced without the use of pesticides or herbicides and only with very few or no additives.
Normally natural wines are produced only on small scale using more traditional than industrial techniques and are fermented with native yeast.
